Done Deal · Sales · Hold a seat
Six weeks from now, you’ll know exactly where your next client comes from.
One path to clients, built on the calls and run on real people, with a hundred messages sent and conversations booked before the last session.

For owners whose business is already busy.
Every client you’ve got came from somewhere, and you couldn’t draw the path if I asked you to.
Some months the phone rings and some months it doesn’t. When it doesn’t you post more, or you go back through old contacts, or you wait and tell yourself it’s seasonal. Then one comes in from somewhere you weren’t even looking and the worry stops until the next quiet stretch.
Most people sitting where you are don’t need a new way of finding clients. They’ve already got one that worked twice by accident and never noticed, because nobody writes down where a good month came from.
Six weeks on going out and getting a specific person. Being known well enough that people come to you is Top of Mind in August. You bring your price as it stands, and whether that price is right is Bottom Line in May.
At a glance
What you leave with
One path, written down, that you’ve already run on real people before the last session, and at least one conversation booked off the back of it.
- Where your last ten clients actually came from.
- Your offer on one page, and exactly who it’s for.
- Three lists with real names on them.
- A message for each list, already sent.
- Somewhere to track it, and a follow-up that runs on its own.
You’ll know what to do on a Monday when nothing’s coming in, which is the part that actually changes things.
What you won’t have is a signed client by the last session. Three weeks of outreach doesn’t usually close anybody, and I’d rather say that now than let you find out in March. What you’ll have is the path running and real conversations in motion.
What you build, week by week
Every Monday from February 15. The dates are the week each call happens.
- 1Feb 15 to 18
Where your last ten clients came from.
You list them and mark each one: something you did on purpose and could do again tomorrow, or luck. Most people come out of this with one or two they can repeat, and that’s the path you’ll build rather than some channel you’ve never tried.
- 2Feb 22 to 25
Your offer on one page, and exactly who it’s for.
Names, not a category. You bring what you already sell and we sharpen it instead of inventing something new. Most people find out here that they’ve been describing what they do rather than what somebody gets.
- 3Mar 1 to 4
The three lists.
Warm first, because the people who already know you are the shortest route to a conversation. Then cold, once the warm list runs out. Then the referral asks, which almost nobody has ever made on purpose. Three lists, built on the call, with real names on them.
- 4Mar 8 to 11
The messages.
One for each list, because what you say to somebody who knows you is not what you say to a stranger. Written on the call and pulled apart in your pod.
- 5Mar 15 to 18
Send a hundred of them.
Across the six weeks, everybody sends a hundred. This is the week you start, on the call, with fifty other people doing the same thing at the same time. Then somewhere to track it and a follow-up that runs on its own.
- 6Mar 22 to 25
The call.
What you ask, what you say when somebody hesitates or tells you it’s too much, and how it ends with a next step rather than a maybe. Then we go through the conversations that have actually come back.
How it runs

Monday, ninety minutes
The whole room. I teach for twenty minutes and you build for seventy, while I’m there, so you’re not taking it away to finish later.
Wednesday or Thursday, sixty minutes
You’re in a pod of ten and you stay with those ten the whole way through. Your pod gets its own hour, and we go through your offer, your messages and your actual words as a group.
Pod hours, each on its city’s time
You pick your pod hour when you pay, so you don’t end up in a slot that doesn’t work. Work goes in by Tuesday night, and if you send nothing you don’t get reviewed that week.

Everything in Standard, plus two things.
- Every week I read what you sent in myself and write back to you, on top of your pod.
- A Walk-Through after the last session, where I go through your whole business and find what’s actually holding it up.
The Walk-Through happens after rather than before, so there’s a real system on the table when I’m looking at it. A Walk-Through is credited toward the Full Picture if you ever go that way.
Hold me a Front Row seatFront Row Walk-Throughs run the week after the last session.
Either seat can be paid in two goes, half now and half two weeks later. Available until February 1.
Full refund up to the second Monday. If you get to the second Monday and it isn’t what you wanted, tell me and I’ll refund you in full. You don’t have to give me a reason.
Before you pick your hour
How much time does it take each week?
Two calls. Monday is ninety minutes with the whole room, and your pod is sixty minutes with the same ten people. You build on the calls, so there’s nothing to take away and finish later. Work goes in by Tuesday night.
What if I miss a call?
Every call is recorded, and the recordings sit on your page with the material, so you can catch up the same week.
Can I pay in two parts?
Yes. Either seat can be paid half now and half two weeks later, until February 1.
What if it isn’t for me?
If you get to the second Monday and it isn’t what you wanted, tell me and I’ll refund you in full. You don’t have to give me a reason. The second Monday is February 22.
Which pod hour should I pick?
The one that works every week, not just the first one. There are five, each on its own city’s clock: London, New York, Los Angeles, Dubai and Chicago. You keep it for all six weeks.
What happens after I pay?
You land on a welcome page with every call for your calendar, the one thing to do before we start, and the link to your pod’s group. For Done Deal, that one thing is listing your last ten clients and marking each one. Ten lines.
Who this is not for
This is for people who already have something to sell. If you’re still working out what that is, go and build it first. And if you need a client signed inside four weeks, the timing won’t work for you.
Pick the hour that works every week.
