01What you’re buying.

Six weeks. Six Monday calls, six pod calls, the material, the recordings, and your page. Front Row adds written notes from me every week and a Walk-Through after the last session.

02Your pod hour.

You pick it when you pay. It’s fixed once the cohort starts, because ten people are counting on the same ten faces every week. Each pod is named after a city and runs on that city’s time, including when the clocks change.

03Paying in two.

Half now, half fourteen days later. I email you an invoice for the second half. If it isn’t paid on time, you get three days to fix it, then the seat is released.

04Refunds.

If you get to the second Monday and it isn’t what you wanted, tell me and I’ll refund you in full. No reason needed. After the second Monday there are no refunds, because your seat in a pod of ten can’t be resold.

05Recording.

Every call is recorded. The Monday recording goes to everyone in the cohort. Your pod recording goes to your pod. Nothing goes public with your face, name, business or numbers in it unless you’ve said yes in writing.

06What’s said in the pod.

What your pod shares stays in your pod. Numbers, problems, clients. Don’t screenshot, don’t repeat.

07The material.

It’s for you and your business. Not for resale, not for teaching to others, not for posting.

08Missing a week.

Recordings are there. No submission, no review that week. That’s the whole rule.

09The Walk-Through.

Front Row Walk-Throughs happen the week after the last session. For Tight Ship, that’s the last week of January. A Walk-Through is credited toward the Full Picture if you go that way within twelve months.

10The Long Game.

Your seat covers the next four cohorts from the day you join. The pod hour you pick carries into all four. If life moves, you can change it before each cohort opens, while seats last, and Front Row pass holders pick first. Once a cohort starts, its hour is fixed. The Front Row pass is $6,800: four seats with my notes on your work every week, and the Full Picture in place of four Walk-Throughs, to book any time in the twelve months.

11Changes.

If I change these, the date at the top changes, and you get an email.
