These terms cover your use of omarfaruc.com and the services sold on it: the Scale Room, the Clarity Session, and the Diagnostic. By buying or joining, you agree to them.

What you're buying

Each service is described on its own page. The Scale Room is a monthly membership. The Clarity Session and the Diagnostic are one-time engagements. Builds are delivered by Sargasso under a separate agreement.

Payment

Payments are handled by Stripe. Membership renews monthly until you cancel. Prices shown are in US dollars unless stated otherwise.

Refunds

Refunds follow the Refunds policy. Read it before you buy.

Acceptable use

The Scale Room is a supportive room. Shame someone or tear someone down and your access ends, no warning. Frameworks, templates and recordings are for your own business, not for resale or redistribution.

No guarantee of results

I share what has worked for me and for clients. I can't promise a specific outcome for your business, because results depend on the work you put in.
