For owners whose business is already busy.

Somebody who was going to buy from you eventually bought from someone else in the meantime.

They found you, liked what you did, and weren’t ready yet. Four months later they needed exactly what you sell, and the name that came to mind wasn’t yours.

Say soft drink and most people think of Coke. Nobody decided that on the day they got thirsty. Coke spent years saying one thing so often that the need and the name got stuck together. Most businesses post about whatever’s on their mind that week, so people see them plenty and still couldn’t tell you what they’re for. When the need shows up, somebody else’s name shows up with it.

Your customer doesn’t wake up thinking about you. They wake up thinking about a problem, in their own words, something like “my books are a mess” or “I need photos for the launch.” Whoever owns that sentence gets the call, and this cohort is about owning yours.

What you leave with.

One thing you own in your customer’s head, and the content that keeps it there.

01

The sentence in your customer’s head

The one they say right before they need you, in their words rather than yours.

02

The one line you want attached to it

Everything else in the six weeks hangs off these two.

03

Three subjects

All of them pointing back at that one line.

04

A bank to pull from all year

So you’re pulling from something instead of starting from nothing each time.

05

A month of posts, finished

Made and scheduled before the last session.

06

What you do in February

Almost everybody who takes a content program is posting well in January and has stopped by the end of February. Most programs do nothing about that.

What you build, week by week.

Six Mondays from August 23. Your pod meets later the same week.

  1. 1Monday, August 23What people think of you right now.

You mark up your last twenty posts by what each one was about, then ask five clients to describe what you do in one sentence. Most people find twenty posts on fifteen subjects and five clients giving five different answers. That gap is the reason you’re here.

  2. 2Monday, August 30The moment you want to own.

The sentence in your customer’s head right before they need you, in their words rather than yours. Then the one line you want them to connect to it. Everything else in the six weeks hangs off these two.

  3. 3Monday, September 6Three subjects, and the bank.

Three things you talk about, all pointing back at that one line, and a bank you fill on the call so you’re pulling from something all year instead of starting from nothing each time.

  4. 4Monday, September 13A month, made.

Four weeks of posts finished on the call, every one tied back to the line. Your pod pulls them apart before any of it goes out.

  5. 5Monday, September 20Saying it again.

Owning something in somebody’s head takes repetition, and most people stop right when it starts working because they’re bored of saying it. You build the posting system and a handful of ways to say the same thing fifty times without it sounding repeated.

  6. 6Monday, September 27What you do in February.

The week nobody else teaches. What the minimum looks like on a bad month, how you restart without starting over, and what to do when a run of posts gets nothing back, which it will.

He has more than 400,000 followers and makes three times what he used to, working less, because there is a system underneath it instead of him posting when he feels like it.

How it runs.

Every Monday

Monday, ninety minutes

The whole room. I teach for twenty minutes and you make things for seventy, while I’m there, so you’re not taking it away to finish later.

Work goes in by Tuesday night, and if you send nothing you don’t get reviewed that week.

Wednesday or Thursday

Your pod, sixty minutes

You’re in a pod of ten and you stay with those ten the whole way through. Your pod gets its own hour, and we go through what you made as a group before any of it goes out.

You pick your pod hour when you pay, so you don’t end up in a slot that doesn’t work.

Front Row

$1,600 or two payments of $800

Everything above, plus two things.

  • Every week I read what you sent in myself and write back to you, on top of your pod.
  • A Walk-Through after the last session, where I go through your whole business and find what’s actually holding it up.

The Walk-Through happens after rather than before, so there’s a real system on the table when I’m looking at it. Front Row Walk-Throughs run the week after the last session. A Walk-Through is credited toward the Full Picture if you ever go that way.

Hold me a Front Row seat

Half now and half two weeks later, if you want. Until August 9.

Full refund up to the second Monday. If you get to the second Monday and it isn’t what you wanted, tell me and I’ll refund you in full. You don’t have to give me a reason.

How much time does it take each week?

Two calls. Monday is ninety minutes with the whole room, and your pod is sixty minutes with the same ten people. You make things on the calls, so there’s nothing to take away and finish later. Work goes in by Tuesday night.

What if I miss a call?

Every call is recorded, and the recordings sit on your page with the material, so you can catch up the same week.

Can I pay in two parts?

Yes. Either seat can be paid half now and half two weeks later, until August 9.

What if it isn’t for me?

If you get to the second Monday and it isn’t what you wanted, tell me and I’ll refund you in full. You don’t have to give me a reason.

Which pod hour should I pick?

The one that works every week, not just the first one. There are five, each on its own city’s clock: London, New York, Los Angeles, Dubai and Chicago. You keep it for all six weeks.

What happens after I pay?

You land on a welcome page with every call for your calendar, the one thing to do before we start, and the link to your pod’s group.

Who this is not for.

This is for people who already know who they sell to.

  • You’re not sure who you sell to yet. Get that settled first.
  • You want somebody else to make the content for you. You’re the one making it on these calls.

Pick the hour that works every week.
