The Full Picture · Five weeks, three sessions

The hardest part isn’t making money but not knowing why this is still so hard.

It was never you. You’ve been fixing what you can see, and I want to find out what’s underneath it. Five weeks, the whole business, all six parts.

The 15 minutes is free You don’t pay anything until we’ve spoken

What you leave with.

Written down. A plan you work for months, not a report you skim once.

01

What’s actually broken.

Not the part that hurts. The part causing it.

02

Why it’s happening.

Traced back through the six, so you can see how it got here.

03

What to fix first, and what to leave alone.

In order, with the reason for the order.

What this isn’t.

  • It isn’t a list of things to fix. You already have one. What you don’t have is certainty about which one matters most.
  • It isn’t a 50-page report. Nobody reads those, including the people who commission them.
  • It isn’t me telling you to work harder. You’ve already tried that. That’s why you’re here.

Five weeks. Three sessions.

I take five of these a month.

Each one is weeks of work. That number doesn’t stretch.

  1. 01Session oneTwo hours, all six parts.

You and me, all six parts. Not just the part you think is broken. The whole thing.

  2. 02The week afterThen I take it away for a week.

This is the part you don’t do. No homework, no workbook.

  3. 03Session twoWhat I found.

I show you what I found, what’s causing it, what happens first, what waits, and what to stop spending time on.

  4. 04A month laterSession three.

We meet again and adjust it for the real world.

What it costs.

Before you decide, work out how long you’ve been living with this. Six months. A year. Three years.

Then add up what it’s cost. Not just the money. The opportunities you passed on. The nights you spent on the business instead of with your family. The people you hired, fired, and hired again because you couldn’t tell what was actually wrong.

An undiagnosed problem doesn’t sit still. It charges you every month.

Sit through session one. If you don’t see your business clearer than when you walked in, every dollar back.

Fair both ways. The plan isn’t built at that point, so you can’t walk off with anything. You’ve lost two hours. That’s what makes it fair both ways.

It’s for you if

  • Your business is already making money, and it’s still this hard.
  • You’ve been fixing what you can see, and you want to know what’s underneath it.
  • You want a plan you work for months, not a report you skim once.

It’s not for you if

  • You’re still getting it off the ground. Your business needs to be making money already. The free room has the fundamentals.
  • You want me to tell you what to fix without looking first. I don’t have an answer until I’ve looked.
  • You’re not sure it’s this big yet. The Walk-Through is one week, and it comes off this if you go on.

Losing $10,000 a month and paying bills on credit cards. She was certain it was sales. It wasn’t. Three months after we looked, she hit break-even in a slow month.

How it works.

  1. Book the free 15 minutes.

I’ll ask what you sell and what’s stuck.

  2. If I’m the wrong person, I’ll tell you on that call.

    You won’t have paid anything.

  3. If I’m not, I send the payment link.

    And we book session one.

What happens on the free 15 minutes?

I’ll ask what you sell and what’s stuck. If I’m the wrong person, I’ll tell you on that call. If I’m not, I send the payment link and we book session one.

How much does it cost?

You get the price on the call, after we’ve spoken. You don’t pay anything before that.

If you’ve done a Walk-Through, book this inside 30 days and the Walk-Through comes off it.

How much of my time does it take?

Three sessions over five weeks. Session one is two hours. Then I take it away for a week, and that part you don’t do. No homework, no workbook. Session two is what I found. A month later we meet again and adjust it for the real world.

What if it doesn’t help?

Sit through session one. If you don’t see your business clearer than when you walked in, every dollar back. The plan isn’t built at that point, so you can’t walk off with anything. You’ve lost two hours.

Why only five a month?

Each one is weeks of work. That number doesn’t stretch.

I’m just getting started. Is this for me?

Not yet. Your business needs to be making money already. If you’re still getting it off the ground, the free room has the fundamentals

Should I do the Walk-Through first?

If you’re not sure it’s this big yet, yes. The Walk-Through is one week, and it comes off this if you go on.

What comes after?

The Build. I stop looking and start building. It comes after a Full Picture, by application.

It charges you every month. Find out what it actually is.

The 15 minutes is free. You don’t pay anything until we’ve spoken. Five places a month.
