By this time next year, your business runs without you in the middle of it.

Most business owners spend a year working on the same problem four different ways. They read about getting clients in January, worry about money in March, try to hire someone in June, and start posting again in September. Nothing ever gets finished, so nothing ever gets easier. Next January looks exactly like the last one.

The Long Game is a different year. You build one part of your business each quarter. By the end of the year all four parts are built and you’re not the one holding them up.

  1. Tight Ship · December

The work that eats your week starts running without you in it.

  2. Done Deal · February

You get a way of finding clients that works on purpose instead of on luck.

  3. Bottom Line · May

You find out where every dollar goes, what your numbers are telling you, and how to use them to decide.

  4. Top of Mind · August

You leave with next month already made and a system that keeps it coming.

When does my pass start?

Your seat covers the next four cohorts from the day you join, not the calendar year. Join in May and you get May, August, December and February.

Do I pick a pod hour for each cohort?

No. The pod hour you pick carries into all four. If life moves, you can change it before each cohort opens, while seats last, and Front Row pass holders pick first. Once a cohort starts, its hour is fixed.

How much time does it take?

Six weeks on each cohort, one a quarter. Each week is two calls: Monday is ninety minutes with the whole room, and your pod is sixty minutes with the same ten people. Then you get a couple of months of running it before the next part starts.

What if I miss a call?

Every call is recorded, and the recordings sit on your page with the material, so you can catch up the same week.

What’s in the Front Row pass?

Front Row in all four cohorts. My notes on your work every week, and the Full Picture in place of four Walk-Throughs, to book any time in the twelve months.

Can I pay in two parts?

Not for the passes. The Long Game and the Front Row pass are each paid in one payment. A single cohort seat can be paid in two, half now and half two weeks later.

What if it isn’t for me?

If you get to the second Monday and it isn’t what you wanted, tell me and I’ll refund you in full. You don’t have to give me a reason.

What happens after I pay?

You land on a welcome page with every call for your calendar, the one thing to do before we start, and the link to your pod’s group.
